To contain aspirations that grow among the  employees of HSO Semarang and KOPKAR Semarang regarding touring hobby, a Honda motorcycle club was formed which presently the membership is still confined to employees of HSO and KOPKAR Semarang. The club’s name was taken in accordance with ASTRA MOTOR located in JL. Jend.Sudirman / SILIWANGI "HONDA SILIWANGI CLUB" .

HSC is a combination of sports, touring and automotive hobby, especially in Honda motorcycles which aim to introduce to the members and community in general about good and safe riding, order in traffic and at the same time one that promotes Honda motorcycles.

Bikers wishing to become a member of HSC simply have to submit the following requirements :

Administrative requirements :
1. Copy of KTP (National ID) and SIM (Driver’s Licence) ; 3 x 4 color ID pictures  ( 3 pcs.)
2. Registration fee of Rp. 125.000,00
3. Showing employee ID Card of HSO / KOPKAR Semarang

General Requirements :
1. Motorcycle owned is a Honda motorcycle (any type)
2. Willing to follow the club’s rules and regulations
